 Gerard O'Keeffe - Managing Director
Gerard O'Keeffe brings 21 years of Telecommunications and Media experience to Epic Digital Media. Gerard co-founded the Company in February 2007 with business partner, Paul Coyle. The two have worked together on a number of successful projects since 1997.
As well as setting strategy for the company, Gerard oversees Product Development, Media Buying and Finance. Gerard has a keen focus on product innovation and sees it as fundamental to the company's success. He has taken a lead role in specifying new services that Epic will launch in six months time. Previously Gerard and Paul founded Eirborne Text Promotions in 2002. Eirborne was a recognised leader in the Mobile Entertainment sector in the UK and Ireland and had over 200,000 regular users per month. Eirborne was sold to Zamano plc in 2007. From 1998 to 2000 Gerard was Chief Executive of Stentor plc, a telecommunications services provider. He lead the sale of Stentor to Energis plc, now part of Cable and Wireless, in May 2000.
 Paul Coyle - Operations Director
Paul Coyle brings a unique combination of Technical and Commercial expertise to Epic Digital Media. Paul has an extensive career spanning 20 years in the Telecoms and Mobile Networking sectors. Paul oversees Technical Operations, Regulatory Compliance and Customer Support. He has been key in developing the international expansion strategy for the company. Paul is a strong customer advocate and manages all aspects of customer relationships, corporate and social responsibilities.
Paul held the position of vice-Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association for three years, until his term ended in April 2008. He continues to represent the company at major industry events and forums.
Previously Paul held the position of Commercial Director of Stentor plc from 1997 to 2000. After negotiating the sale of Stentor to Energis, Paul joined Energis Ireland for two years to oversee the integration of the two companies.
 Sean O'Reilly - Technical Director
Sean O'Reilly brings extensive Web 2.0 and mobile development experience to the company, stemming from a diverse background in software development and the Internet dating back to the mid-1990s. Sean is responsible for the company's technical roadmap. He has developed the company's core architecture, including a fully scalable Content Management System and Customer Storefronts.
Sean oversees all aspects of Service Creation, from initial specification through to user acceptance testing. He is also responsible for technical integration with our global billing partner, Ericsson IPX.
Prior to his tenure at Epic Digital Media, Sean founded Storacall, a software development company in Dublin, Ireland, focused on enabling interactive voice response solutions.
