Training Programs

If you've had to turn time and time again to manpower companies and software houses only to be frustrated, usually ending up empty-handed; If you've been rejected once too many on the grounds of insufficient experience - now is the time to make a change!

eWave's Software Academy trains computer science and information systems university graduates to become software developers in one of the most fascinating and progressive fields around the world of Internet information systems.

The training includes practical sessions on Java, JEE (previously J2EE), Hibernate, JSF, HTML and JSP code, the principles of software development in the Web environment, and an introduction to the world of information technologies, system analysis, software design, and more. The training incorporates theoretical studies together with plenty of practical work. The instructors are senior developers in the company, as well as graduates of previous eWave training programs.

The course lasts 3 months. It takes place in eWave's offices. No more than 15 students participate in each session. Students practice the material learned, and toward the end of the course are given supervised assignments in real company projects.

During the last 3 months of the course, each student is assigned an area of expertise. The expertise is either for eWave infrastructure on the client or server or on our clients’ environments.

After passing the final exams and graduating from the course, leading graduates are offered an opportunity to become eWave employees. In recent courses, 80% of the graduates remained with the company, and 60% of them are still employed at eWave.

eWave also develops unique training programs tailored to the needs of each company, in Java and other systems.

The next course opens on April 1st  2008.
