One-shot projects:

These are projects aimed at improving the overall content on BP by making it easier for people to find your pages about particular ballot measures. Once they are done, they can be deleted from this list.
- Go to List of ballot measures by year, and check each year to make sure all the BP articles about measures from that year are included on the correct year's page.
- Go to List of ballot measures by topic, and check each topic to make sure all the BP articles about measures regarding that subject are included on the correct issue page.
- Check every [[category:STATE ballot measures]] category and make sure that it is within the appropriate state's category. For example, [[category:massachusetts ballot measures]] should have the [[category:massachusetts]] tag.

These are general tasks that will keep BP more organized and easier to use.
- Go to "Special Pages" in the sidebar. Select "Uncategorized pages" and put the pages there into appropriate categories.
- Go to "Special Pages" in the sidebar. Select "Orphaned pages" and create links to the orphan pages from other pages.
- Go to "Special Pages" in the sidebar. Select "Long pages" and look for ways that the content could be divided into smaller chunks.
- Go to "Special Pages" in the sidebar. Select "Dead-end pages" and put links on those pages to other pages on Ballotpedia.
- Correct Double redirects.
