Better Than 'The Bachelor': Other Reality Show Romances
(MCT)Looking for love? Don't be a contestant on "The Bachelor."
The "Bachelor/Bachelorette" scorecard after 17 seasons combined stands at only one trip to the altar so far -- Bachelorette Trista Rehn and her choice, fireman Ryan Sutter. Even the long-time engaged Bachelor No. 6 Byron Velvick and his pick, Mary Delgado, have yet to get hitched.
Why do so many of these fairytale courtships end so abruptly? Reality dating shows are practically doomed from the start. Here's a look at how couples brought together by unromantic reality shows fared.
