Better off skipping 'Ted'
The Watcher: If you watch "Better Off Ted," there's a good chance you'll find yourself comparing the new ABC program (starring Malcolm Barrett, Portia de Rossi and Jay Harrington) to NBC's better workplace comedies, "The Office" and "30 Rock."
