Clocktower Pointe opens condo models for touring

Clocktower Pointe of Countryside, a 108-unit condominium development, has two decorated and two unfurnished models open for touring.

As a grand opening incentive, the developers are offering 4.625 percent adjustable-rate financing through a preferred lender.

Plans for the project call for six buildings to be clustered on a winding, landscaped road overlooking a stone and brick clocktower and two ponds.

Floor plans range from 1,882 to 1,972 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two baths. Base prices range from $449,900 to $464,900.

The two top-floor condos have two or three bedrooms and 2,179 to 2,267 square feet of living space plus large terraces. The penthouses are designed for custom build-out and are expected to range in price from $700,000 to $725,000 when completed. Each residence comes with indoor heated parking.

The two 1,972-square-foot decorated models are both base-priced from $449,900. They include:

•Residence 201, the Sundial, with two bedrooms, two baths and a large island kitchen adjoining a dining room. The living room has a fireplace and balcony access.

•Residence 202, the Hourglass, has two bedrooms, a den and two baths. The kitchen opens to a great room with a fireplace and balcony access.

•The Clocktower designs are the two top-floor penthouses, each with nearly 2,200 square feet. The three-bedroom, two-bath plans include an 1,100-square-foot outdoor terrace.

Each 18-unit building features masonry stone and stucco exteriors, ground-level heated parking and individual storage.

Clocktower Pointe is on Willow Springs Road a quarter-mile north of Joliet Road. The sales models, at 10765 W. Clocktower Pointe, are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. weekends.

Cambridge LakesCambridge Homes has residences available for quick delivery and with incentives at Cambridge Lakes in Pingree Grove.

One of the plans is the Charleston raised ranch townhouse design, which is part of the Seaboard Series. The three plans in the series range from 1,483 to 1,757 square feet with two or three bedrooms, 11/2 to three baths and two-car attached garages. They are priced from $163,000 to $182,000.

Incentives include a Mortgage Protection Program, which covers up to six months of mortgage payments for qualified buyers who may become involuntarily unemployed.

The Charleston is a 1,597-square-foot, two-story end unit with two or three bedrooms and two or three baths. It is priced from $182,000.

The residences at the 1,164-acre Cambridge Lakes are set amid 12 lakes. There are 360 acres of conservation areas, landscaped open space and recreational facilities including baseball diamonds, soccer fields, several playgrounds and tot lots, a skate park and miles of walking trails. A 30,000-square-foot clubhouse boasts three pools, a gym and a day care center. Cambridge Lakes also offers a new on-site school serving grades kindergarten through 8.

Cornelia CourtA decorated three-story townhouse model recently opened at the Park Homes of Cornelia Court, a 12-unit phase at 3007 W. Cornelia Ave. being developed by Anchor General.

The Addison is a three-bedroom, three-bath residence with 2,242 square feet of living space and a two-car attached garage. It is priced at $529,900.

The developer recently started offering free mortgage principal and interest payments for six months—a cash value of about $15,000.

The Cornelia, a Phase II model, is a two-bedroom-plus-den unit with more than 2,000 square feet. It features a family room, 21/2 baths and a two-car attached garage. It is ready for immediate occupancy and priced at $449,900.
