Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the California Department of Education seeks proposals from eligible bidders to provide on-line training for all school and afterschool staff. Priority access to the training will be given to staff at schools and after school programs serving students attending local educational agencies that do not make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) and are identified for Program Improvement (PI) under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001.
