Tennessee Attorney General

The Tennessee Attorney General is the chief law enforcement officer for the state of Tennessee. The current officeholder is Robert E. Cooper, Jr.. He was appointed to the position by the Tennessee Supreme Court. The office is established by Article VI of the Tennessee Constitution.
