4.19.2009 | Men's Golf
Drexel's Andrew Lawson accomplished the elusive feat of a hole-in-one in the final round of the 2009 Colonial Athletic Association Championship. Lawson recorded the ace on the 12th hole, a 186-yard, par 3. It was the only hole-in-one recorded at this year's conference championship. Lawson led the team with a two-over par 74 today. The other Dragons struggled today as Trevor Sahn had the next-best score in the third round at 79 while Sean Semenetz and Mike Carr each carded 81's. Andy Frank posted a 10-over par 82. The Dragons finished ninth ahead of Towson and Hofstra.
