Philadelphia – Drexel field hockey head coach Denise Zelenak announced the signing of three student-athletes for the 2009 season. Emily Beamesderfer, Amanda Fleischut and Jenna Phillips have all signed letters-of-intent to play for the Dragons in 2009. “I am excited about our incoming 2009 class,” Zelenak said. “Not only are Jenna, Emily and Amanda fantastic players, they are also the kind of leaders we look for at Drexel. Last year’s season was an incredible success and I am looking forward to seeing how they will each contribute to our 2009 campaign.”
