Carrie Borzillo-Vrenna has been a respected and revered music and entertainment journalist for over a decade, a rock wife for nearly 10, and is making a name for herself as a passionate pop culture author with two critically-acclaimed books under her belt: Eyewitness Nirvana: The Day by Day Chronicle (Carlton Books, 2000; re-issued in an expanded format as Nirvana: The Day to Day Illustrated Journals in 2003) and Cherry Bomb: The Ultimate Guide to Becoming a Better Flirt, a Tougher Chick, and a Hotter Girlfriend, and to Living Life Like a Rock Star (Simon Spotlight Entertainment, Aug. 5, 2008).
