Face Masks ... an essential part of a healthy skincare routine, and not to mention, an excellent excuse to unwind and spend a little quality time alone. Here are some easy ways to incorporate this spa treatment into your weekly routine:

Just once a week, take 20 minutes or so out of your schedule to enjoy this treatment.
We recommend using the evening hours for this time, so you can unwind before bed.

{|} Before you begin, make sure to cleanse and exfoliate, using the skincare line designed for your skin type.

{|} Now that your skin is clean and dry, begin by applying your mask of choice to the T-zone and spreading up and outwards, until your face is completely covered. An even layer of the mask should be covering all parts of your face.

{|} Now’s the time to relax, while the mask works its magic! (appx. 20 min.)



In the next 20 minutes, you could…


  • Hop into a hot bath, complete with bubbles, candles, rose petals and music…
  • Give your hands and nails the same tender love and care with a quick manicure (Tip: Use the Body Scrub to prepare the cuticles for moisturizing, then use the Body Butter or Massage Oil to hydrate skin, for perfectly polished nails)
  • Exfoliate your tired feet with our Loofah Soaps
  • Whip up a healthy fruit or veggie smoothie
  • Read a few pages in that book you’ve been meaning to get to

  • Draw, paint, write or watch
  • Or…sit in your steamy bathroom and just be, breathing in and out

Ok, time’s up!

{|} Using a warm washcloth, gently wipe away the mask. Rinse your face with lukewarm water to remove any remaining mask. Finish the treatment with a moisturizer designed for your skin type and voila, a fresh new you!
