Gig's
ahoy!
The tour
dates are starting to come in for summer 2009, and our first
ever gig in Portugal has just been announced. Unfortunately the
"Autouritron" has had a psychotic episode and is
unable to detect new tour dates at the moment but check the
dates on the Supergrass.com page to see if we're playing near
you......
We do read all of the E-mails (straight up) but
please don't demand a reply as the volume of E-mail is surprisingly large
(after wading through all those Viagra comercials) but don't let that stop
you. Please no attachments & no requests for us to appear au natural
on the site as a refusal often offends, you can see that in all it's sad
and unfortunate glory in Glange Fever anyway, care of Thom Yorke.
ABOUT THE SITE - The Children of the Monkey Basket is run
and maintained by the members of the rock/pop combo Supergrass
(no, really). We are notprofessional web page anoraks
but musicians winging it in cyberspace. Consequently some areas
of the site might be crap. We would like to offer our apologies,
up front, for any part of this site that fails to work, doesn't
provide satisfaction, causes headaches or diarrhoea or look as
slick and well designed as most other bands wedsites appear to,
but in the spirit of rock'n'roll we won't. Be aware that this
site operates on a quantity over quality basis and occasionally
contains in-jokes that, although mildly funny to Supergrass and
their crew and management, others will probably find quite
irritating. Good luck and happy hunting.

However, a small credit would go a long way towards promoting a spirit of
trust and community in a cold and desolate Cyberspace.
