Now looking to develop their business in US, we are looking to a Deliverability Manager for their New York office.

Job description
As Deliverability Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• monitoring and improving email deliverability for our clients. This position includes diagnosing deliverability issues with clients, monitoring for company-wide deliverability with major ISPs, and educating prospects, customers, and internal teams on permission-based email marketing best practices and other factors affecting inbox deliverability.

• developing, testing and executing strategies for maximum email-to-inbox delivery rates.

• Resolve client issues with the Client Services and Product teams in regard to authentication compliance, reputation programs, non-deliverability or junk/spam folder delivery.

• Develop key relationships among ISPs to work in concert on behalf of clients/consumers.

• Define tools to proactively monitor client e-mail marketing campaigns to identify problems, measure company overall performance relative to delivery speed, Spam complaints, bounces.

• Work in synergy with Product Management to define the optimum Roadmap for market leadership in deliverability and enhance our deliverability services and tools.

Who we are looking for
• Demonstrated ability to understand technologies such as: SMTP, anti spams Filters, domain keys, SPF, Sender Score and others email authentication technologies.

• Prior experience of 3 years minimum with email marketing deliverability. Strong preference toward experience with a leading email service provider, email authentication/filtering vendor or major ISP.

• Solid understanding of CAN SPAM legislation and permission-based email marketing.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.

• Bachelor Degree, computing and software oriented.
