Job description
We are looking for high caliber recruiters who have a successful track record in permanent or temporary recruitment and are proven business developers.

Key responsibilities include:-
Conducting business development calls to top clients and candidates
Interview key executives for appointments in top organization through-out New York City
Driving best practices and controls to insure adequate and effective sourcing in the financial services areas markets.
Meeting and selling our solutions to top organizations eager to meet talent business professionals.
Performing at a high-level in a fast paced dynamic environment

Who we are looking for
Motivated sales professionals with a proven track record of hard work, tenacity and confidence
Professionals from top schools, CPA or proven accomplishments preferred
A track record of managing multiple projects
The ability to work in a pressure environment where your potential for earning is great
The ability to adapt to your audience, perform at a high level and concentrate in an intense sales environment
