Britney Spears Does Top 10 List on Letterman
2 hours ago
And the number one reason to read this story ... Britney Spears in a bikini! The pop star stripped down to a little black bathing suit and tucked a red hibiscus in her hair to deliver the Top 10 list Tuesday night in her return to The Late Show with David Letterman. In her first appearance since a cameo three years ago, Spears struck one sexy pose after another, crossing and uncrossing her legs, in the pre-taped segment in which counted down the way things would be different if she were president. "Three words: Vice President Diddy," she proclaimed, according to audience members. »

More Paula Replacements: A JoBro and the Original American Idol
2 hours ago
Who knows if American Idol is going to suck without Paula Abdul next season, but her empty chair will be getting quite the workout regardless. The original Idol, season-one winner Kelly Clarkson, and teen dream Joe Jonas are the latest hitmakers who will be pulling guest-judge duty on the Fox series' upcoming ninth season, the L.A. Times' Showtracker blog reported Tuesday. Like Victoria Beckham, Katy Perry, Mary J. Blige and, most recently, Shania Twain, the pop stars have signed on to critique a set of wannabes during one of the audition rounds. »- Who the Heck Is Kari Ann Peniche and How Did She Wind Up Naked With McSteamy?

Former Survivor winner Richard Hatch says he thinks he was sentenced to jail because he's gay.Speaking out for the first time since serving nearly four years in prison for tax evasion, Hatch told Matt Lauer on Tuesday's Today that he thinks the judge in his case had a bias against him. The judge refused to let potential jurors be questioned about their feelings toward homosexuals.
"My personal opinion — he was trying to discriminate against me," Hatch said. "I don't think you or anyone else can deny that we, as homosexuals, face discrimination."

Malcolm Tucker Mouths Off
Armando Iannucci's In The Loop was a great piece of filmmaking all round but there's no disputing the fact that the movie's highlight was Peter Capaldi's sweary Scottish spin doctor, Malcolm Tucker. In honour of this most profane of anti-heroes and as a tribute to some of cinema's most creative expletives, here's an unedited, uncensored, utterly offensive clip reel of In The Loop's best Tucker insults.Warning: may contain more foul language than every Tarantino film combined. In The Loop is available to buy on DVD from Monday 24 August.
