We will never use it for any purpose other than to give you information specific to your PBS local station, for example, local FRONTLINE airtimes. In some instances FRONTLINE will also try to give you a cookie to record your preferences of media player (RealOne, Windows Media, or Quicktime). This cookie does not contain any user-identifiable information and the site will function normally without it.
