Description

In a last-ditch effort to save his flagging business, a juke joint owner in 1950's Alabama hires a troubled young electric guitarist to boost attendance at his once-popular nightclub, with unpredictable results. Danny Glover, Gary Clark Jr., Keb' Mo', Lisa Gay Hamilton and Charles Dutton costar in this film from writer and director John Sayles.
