GE and Comcast have signed a definitive agreement to form a joint venture creating a new entertainment company that will be 51 percent owned by Comcast, 49 percent owned by GE, and managed by Comcast.
GE has signed several key agreements with Chinese partners. They include the formation of two joint ventures – in avionics and locomotive engines; and another set of agreements to explore "cleaner coal" and high-speed rail opportunities.
