The Palm Springs International Film Festival has ramped up to full speed, with the international films for which it is known taking center stage. The Sun Behind the Clouds, the Tibetan documentary named last week as the reason China withdrew two of its films from the festival, benefited from the controversy with a sold out screening; festival organizers added an additional screening for Tuesday afternoon as a result. The Palm Springs International Film Festival continues through January 18th, and we'll have more updates as the festival progresses.
