- Skeet Ulrich and Gary Oldman star as a pair of witless cons on the run in this dark amalgam of comedy and violence from filmmaker David Seltzer. After breaking out of custody with his old buddy (Oldman, hardly recognizable in mutton chops and ten-gallon hat), naive Billy (Ulrich) happens upon a baby girl who has survived a car accident. Taking care of her sets in motion a wild series of events that eventually brings them into a trailer park of eccentrics (played by Radha Mitchell, Mary Steenburgen and Peter Greene, among others).
