You can either pay via Credit Card, direct debit or invoice.
Via Credit Card:
We accept MasterCard and Visa for payment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. You can shop with confidence from LEGO.com, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption (for more information, click on "Shopping Security" below). Please note: we will authorize your credit card at the time of your order. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of your order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution - check with your bank for details.
Via direct debit:
If you chose direct debit, your billing and shipping country has to be Germany. Your account will not be charged until your LEGO order has been shipped. Please make sure your account balance is sufficient. Partial debits are not accepted using direct debit as payment method.
Via invoice:
If you chose invoicing, your billing and shipping country has to be Germany. You have to transfer the money within 1 week. If payment does not take place within this period, you will be in breach of contract for delay of payment and LEGO is entitled to claim interest for delay amounting to 5% above the Basic Interest Rate. Your order and invoice should arrive within 5 business days of each other. If you experience a delay in the receipt of either your order or your invoice, please contact us at 00800 5346 2222. You may feel free to keep your invoice as an additional record of your purchase.
There is no possibility of cash discount deduction. We reserve the right to request payment by credit card or pre-payment on any order. Title to all products shall not pass before full payment has been received by LEGO.
