Please complete the information in the form below if you think your software has been incorrectly classified as a Potentially Unwanted Program by McAfee(for example, spyware.)

When you submit the completed form, McAfee will send you an email confirming the receipt of your request. McAfee will contact you using the email address provided in the form if additional information is required. McAfee appreciates you completing this form and will investigate the issues you detail below. If all the information you provide in the form is correct and complete, you should expect to hear back from our investigators in 4 to 6 weeks. If the information on the form is not complete or if we consider the claim to not be genuine, we will not investigate the request.
