Program overview
The McAfee MSSP program is tailored to meet the needs of organizations that provide managed security services. Our MSSP partners look for consistent, value-added offerings, and unlike other security technology vendors, McAfee does not compete with managed security service providers. Optimal partner candidates include:
|
- Pure-play managed security service providers looking to utilize world-class solutions
- Hosting organizations that want to embed security into existing offerings or create standalone security services
- Communications companies looking for additional security add-on or cross-sell opportunities
|
Partner expectations
MSSP partners must meet eligibility requirements, and own and operate a Secure/Network Operations Center. The MSSP partner must be staffed to deliver support for clients, troubleshoot Level 1 support issues, and escalate Level 2 and 3 support issues. The partner will work closely with McAfee business managers to collaboratively create and maintain business plans to achieve certification and revenue targets.
Delivery models
