Fielder's Feature
American Primitive Goes International
Production senior lecturer Mary Beth Fielder reports that
American Primitive, a feature film she co-wrote and executive produced, is being screened at the Palm Springs and Seattle International Film Festivals.
American Primitive is set in 1973 and tells the story of a teen aged girl whose world unravels when she discovers her widowed father is gay. The cast includes Tate Donovan, Danielle Savre, Josh Peck, Adam Pascal, Susan Anspach and Stacy Dash.
Other USC talent involved include director Gwen Wynne, cinematographer Chris Chomyn and producer James Egan.
