Fox Life is a television network, launched by the Fox Broadcasting Company, which airs across Latin America, Europe (also available in HD, starting by the end of 2010, in Italy) and Japan (where it broadcasts on high definition). Its basic programming include numerous television series, sitcoms and movies, among others, which includes some original programming in certain regions. It was launched in Italy on May 13, 2004, Portugal on May 19, 2005 and in Bulgaria in September 8, 2005. For Latin America, it started in January 2006, when it was launched in Brazil. It was launched in the Netherlands and Belgium on September 7, 2009. The channel also has versions in other countries around Europe.

This channel is not available in South East Asia. India is the only South Asian country where it is scheduled to be launched. Fox India Ltd has applied downlink license for Fox Life along with Fox Crime, FX and Baby TV to the Information & Broadcasting Ministry of India.[1]

In Latin America the channel aired soaps. It aired Telefe and Record soaps from Brazil and Argentina.

It has been confirmed by Fox International Channels (Europe), that Fox Life for the French Speaking market will cease operations on December 31, 2009.[2]
