Eberhard Diepgen, 1989

Eberhard Diepgen (born November 13, 1941 in Berlin-Pankow) is a German politician of the CDU. He studied law at the Free University of Berlin. He was mayor of West Berlin from 1984 to 1989 and a reunited Berlin from 1991 to 2001.
