We're pleased to report that Shakira will let her fans - ie you folks! - pick a different opening act for each show on her upcoming 2010 tour.

When the Opening Act contest begins, hopeful artists will be able to to upload videos of their performances to Shakira.com. Fans then will vote for the finalists, with Shakira's team choosing the winners.
