Queen Elizabeth II has been head of state of 32 different Commonwealth realms since 1952. Currently, there are 16 realms. The Queen has had twelve British Prime Ministers, second only to George III, who had fourteen, and two more than the number had by Queen Victoria. She has also had fourteen New Zealand Prime Ministers, twelve Australian Prime Ministers and eleven Canadian Prime Ministers. The Queen has had a total of 152 Prime Ministers during her reign.
