 Florida Economic Stimulus Special Advisor Don Winstead will join senior-level state officials for a public seminar hosted by the Florida Department of Management Services’ Office of Supplier Diversity, September 12, 2009. Participants will discuss how the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 will impact Florida’s businesses.
