History: Recruited by the Foundation after the events of [DATA EXPUNGED], Peters has helped design containment facilities for more than thirty SCPs, including an early version of SCP-682's enclosure. He would like to remind you that the committee found that he could not be held legally liable for that incident.
Peters has been known to use his Level 4 access for somewhat frivolous ends. He seems to enjoy screwing around with various SCPs, which has resulted in being restricted from contact with several of them. Despite this, he has proven capable of devising effective containment procedures for several difficult projects. He has also demonstrated skill with a variety of improvised weapons, most notably a crowbar acquired during [DATA EXPUNGED]. His attachment to the device has been described as "somewhat disturbing".
