Statue of Admiral Samuel Francis DuPont in Dupont Circle. The Family had this statue moved to the family estate in Winterthur, Delaware and replaced it with the Henry Bacon and Daniel Chester French designed fountain.

This column, located in Prospect Park (Brooklyn, New York) commemorates the 400 Maryland soldiers who fought at Lookout Hill during the Battle of Long Island on August 27, 1776. Designed by Stanford White, the monument is inscribed with a quote attributed to George Washington: "My God, What Brave Fellows I Must This Day Lose!"
