Association of American Medical Colleges

The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) is a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC and established in 1876. It administers the Medical College Admission Test. The AAMC operates the American Medical College Application Service and the Electronic Residency Application Service which facilitate students applying to medical schools and residency programs, respectively.

Since 2006, the AAMC president has been Darrell Kirch.[1]
