To support her long-awaited fourth album, The Idler Wheel…, Fiona Apple has plotted a 27-date headlining trek that kicks off on June 19, the same date as her album release.

The reclusive singer's upcoming run will include a stop at Randall's Island in New York for the Governors Ball Music Festival on June 24, as well as a tour-wrapping performance at the Hollywood Palladium on July 29. After playing a handful of shows in California last year, Apple delivered a pair of performances at South By Southwest last month, as well as shows in New York, Chicago, Boston, Atlantic City and Washington, D.C.

Apple has also set April 24 as the release date of "Every Single Night," the first single from her forthcoming 10-song collection. Her fourth album -- its full title is The Idler Wheel is wiser than the Driver of the Screw, and Whipping Cords will serve you more than Ropes will ever do -- is the singer-songwriter's first full-length since 2005's Extraordinary Machine.
