'Chain' Letter

Roc-A-Fella label supergroup State Property is back this week with its second album, "State Property Presents the Chain Gang Vol. II," The crew is made up of Philadelphia natives Freeway, the Young Gunz, Oschino & Sparks, Peedi Crakk and Beanie Sigel.

The album will feature Young Gunz' single "Can't Stop, Won't Stop," which is No. 10 on Billboard's Hot Rap Tracks chart and No. 22 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks. Other cuts on the disc include the Peedi Crakk-led "G.A.M.E." and "B.B. Gun," "When You Hear That" featuring Beanie Sigel and Dirt McGirt (formerly Ol' Dirty Bastard) and "It's On" featuring Jay-Z.

"This album is in fifth gear," Sigel said in a statement. "You listen to these songs and it's like, 'Damn, this is rolling. It's gonna be the perfect jump-off for the rest of the team like the Young Gunz and Peedi."
