Photos have surfaced on the web today showing The Canyons star leaving Cliffside Malibu on Tuesday afternoon.
Lohan was staying at the facility as a part of a sentence that was imposed after she pleaded no contest to reckless driving and lying to police following a car accident in June 2012.
As previously reported, the 27-year-old actress has already booked her first post-rehab gig as the guest host of Chelsea Lately on Monday, August 5.

Simon Cowell was on "Chelsea Lately" Wednesday night (July 30) to promote boy band One Direction's new documentary movie that hits theaters in August. Naturally, host Chelsea Handler had to give him some ribbing about the band formed on the U.K. version of "The X Factor."

Once Neil Patrick Harris wraps up shooting the final season of "How I Met Your Mother," he's headed to Broadway. The actor will portray the title character in a production of "Hedwig and the Angry Inch," and he'll be doing a lot of it in drag.
During an appearance on "Conan" Tuesday (July 30), Harris talked to host Conan O'Brien about the parts of dressing in drag he isn't necessarily looking forward to, including possibly shaving his eyebrows.
It seems there are two ways he could go about doing his eyebrows for the show. If he opts not to shave, there's a long daily process that involves gluing them down until they aren't visible before drawing on a new set.

TMZ posted a photo of the actress leaving Cliffside Malibu. Lohan, 27, checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., on May 2, a stay ordered by a court after she allegedly lied to police at the scene of a car accident last June, violating her earlier probation. The marketing for "Gravity" continues to do nothing to put people at ease. After three stress-inducing trailers, the new IMAX poster could have been a chance for a little relief.
Where's the fun in that, though? Instead the poster makes heavy use of negative space to show just how alone stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney are, as astronauts set adrift. Space looks really lonely.

New York — There's no stopping Joel McHale this summer.
The 41-year-old actor is busy with his E! reality spoof "The Soup" and preparing for the fifth season of the NBC comedy series "Community," which starts shooting Aug. 20.
He's moving outside his comfort zone with a starring role in the upcoming supernatural thriller "Beware the Night." He plays a New York City police officer in the film, and at the time of the interview, was shooting on location in the Bronx.
McHale calls the role a dream come true, especially because he gets to work with Eric Bana.
He's also the host of the Klondike Celebrity Challenge, a social media effort. Fans decide the fate of three retro stars, including Alfonso Ribeiro of "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" and `80s pop singer Tiffany, by asking what they would do for a Klondike bar. A third star will be announced Aug. 12.

American Idol winner Kris Allen and wife Katy welcomed their first child into the world on Tuesday, Allen confirmed via Twitter.
The couple, high school sweethearts who married in 2008, are now proud parents of a baby boy, who weighed seven pounds, seven ounces at birth.

Beverly Hills, Calif. — The cast and creator of the upcoming CW series "Reign," about the rise of Mary, Queen of Scots, are defending creative liberties taken for the show.
"Reign" stars Adelaide Kane as Mary, a 15-year-old who arrives at court because of an arranged marriage to Francis, the future king of France.
One issue: Francis is played by hunky actor Toby Regbo when in reality Francis was a sickly child.
And to keep things interesting, there's a love triangle where Mary is torn between her husband-to-be and another hunky character named Sebastian, who never existed.
Kane says the show's target demo of 18- to 34-year-olds won't care.

Film Academy Elects First African-American President

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), the group which awards the Oscars each year, has elected its first African-American president.
Cheryl Boone Isaacs was elected by the board of governors to lead the Academy on Tuesday night, The Hollywood Reporter said.
Boone Isaacs, a veteran marketing executive who currently heads Cbi Enterprises, is only the third woman to lead the 86-year-old Academy. The first two female presidents were actress Bette Davis and screenwriter Fay Kanin.
Boone Isaacs has previously served as president of theatrical marketing for New Line Cinema and executive vice president of worldwide publicity at Paramount Pictures. Earlier this year, she produced the 4th annual Governors Awards for the Academy.
Boone Isaacs will replace Hawk Koch, a producer who left the board because of term limits. According to Entertainment Weekly, one of her first jobs will be to select a host for the March 2 Oscar telecast. »
