Charming, but flawed

What little girl wouldn't want a light-up castle for an alarm clock? Just as one would expect from the description, this is an alarm clock/night light with fairy tale music and stories. Prince Charming and Cinderella dance elegantly in the well-lit display beneath the digital time and a female narrator tells stories when prompted.

The biggest flaw is simply the limited volume adjustment. There is a high and low volume setting, but in actuality the settings are "too loud" and "ridiculously loud". It would be nice to lower the volume just a bit.

Still, it's a winner for your little princess lover.

This is the perfect alarm clock for princesses and Queens alike. This alarm clock is also perfect for those who want to be woken up despite being in a deep sleep like Sleeping Beauty. Therefore, I recommend buying some pink duct tape and putting it on the back of the speaker because this is LOUD!

Nice, with a few issues

Nice, but has a few issues. It is really loud for a bedtime song. And also, when turned on at night, there is no automatic shut off. This would have been a nice feature, in case I forget to go in to turn it off every night. It is very cute and my 4 year old daughter loves it!

Not at all a useful product

The alarm clock is complicated to use with tiny buttons. The clock part of it is hardly visible. My daughter enjoyed the stories, but they get old very quick.

Got this for my 2yr old for her "Princess Big Girl Room" and she LOVES it. She cannot wait to see the princess and the prince dance and also loves the stories. I would recommend to anyone that has a little princess at home! The night light is just bright enough and the volume is .. a little loud.. but still a wonderful item!

Clock looses about 30 minutes a day.

It was a gift. The recipient's Mother said that the clock did not keep good time so I made arrangements to have it sent back to me. I checked it and it looses about 30 minutes a day. Since it is an alarm clock, it is of little use. I will try to see if I can get a refund or replacement. It was in the original box, so the seller was probably unaware of the defect.
