To receive Free Returns on your eligible product(s):

1. Shop Amazon Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, Luggage, Accessories, and Sunglasses, and in search results look for items that say "Eligible for FREE Shipping and Free Returns" or say "Eligible for Free Returns" with the Prime logo.

2. On the detail page, pick your size and/or color and look for the "FREE Shipping & Free Returns" or "Free Shipping with Amazon Prime & Free Returns" next to the price to confirm this item qualifies.

3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy located here.

4. Just visit our online Returns Center and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a prepaid return mailing label you can print out.

5. Amazon will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s).

6. If you are returning one or more watches and jewelry items for which you paid more than $1000 in total, they must be returned using a trackable shipping method and must be insured. Our Online Returns Center offers two options to help with the process:

• UPS pickup option: UPS will pick up the return for free if you purchased a product that offers free returns or if the return is the result of our error.
• Insured label option: Amazon will provide a label and you may choose any insured shipping method to return the product. You must pay for the shipping up front, but we'll happily reimburse you for the shipping cost if you purchased a product that offers free returns or if your return is the result of our error.

Products that say they are eligible for Free Returns on the product detail page are eligible regardless of shipping method.

If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, Amazon may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with Amazon's general returns policy here.
