Cancellation Policy - All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing prior to August 12, 1996, and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. On or after August 12, 1996, your registration fee is non-refundable; however, you may send a substitute in your place. Kovsky Conference Productions Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the conference or segments of the conference.
