Public Voice Staff

The professional history of our senior staff spans the public and private sectors, with over 60 years' combined total experience gained both in Vermont and nationally. On a personal level our staff is deeply committed to using our skills in service of the public good.

David A. Worthley's career as a creative director, designer, and agency owner spans more than three decades. His talents include a sound grasp of business principles gained over many years of managing his own agencies.

Mary D. Chaffee is a versatile writer with almost 20 years of advertising agency staff and senior management experience, and extensive credits as scriptwriter, direct marketer, and media producer.

Gail Rosenberg, an adjunct professor of Public Relations at St. Michael's College, specializes in public relations, fundraising, and grant writing for non-profit entities. She has raised millions of dollars for various public sector organizations, and previously founded and directed her own successful non-profit to promote flexible work schedules.
