It is part of the integral text of the LNCQ compiled by Vu~ Quy`nh &
Kie^`u Phu' at the end of the 15th century (the 14th century original
text by Tra^`n The^' Pha'p is no longer extant), not the appendices
to the text from the 16th and 18th centuries.
