Dear "ttnt" (whoever you are),
Thanks for the exuberant ideas, wacky though their
expression seems. If I may tinker with the wordings
of this "poem" to smooth it out a bit ... here's my
derivative rendition of it. I hope that it won't
do too much injustice to your vibrant original. :-)
To^.i cho' gi` ma` pha?i vu+o+ng mo+'i va^'n
nhu+ng bo'ng hi`nh ho+.m hi~nh dda~ qua ro^`i.
Ha~y ngu+?ng ma(.t nhi`n le^n va` ca^'t bu+o+'c,
vung hai tay ba('t vo+'i la^'y tro+`i cao#.
DDo+`i va^~n dde.p, va^~n xanh, va^~n cha`o ddo'n,
ddu+o+`ng ba.n ddi va^~n nhie^`u nga? xinh tu+o+i,
ddu+o+`ng a'i ti`nh sao ba.n cho.n la`m gi`,
vu+`a gai go'c, vu+`a oa'i oa(m, ha.n he.p?
Oh well, no translation from me here. My "poetic
inspiration" has run its course, and I can barely
keep up with retouching this one. Believe it or
not, I haven't managed to write a single line of
"poetry" in Vietnamese in so long, I can't even
remember when ....
