Mike,

If you mean by getting fatter and richer the greeting card and
chocolate industries, you're probably right. Being the eternal optimist
that I am (i.e. I had a wonderful relationship until my friend had to
return to Hong Kong last year) and living in the small college town of
Pullman (although it claims to be the lentil capitol of the world, it's
not exactly the social mecca of the west coast), I try to enjoy the day,
remembering good ones in the past, and looking forward to rewarding ones
in the future.
