[PRO/CON] Vn-Gblf Archives

Dear everyone,

For continuity purposes, it has been suggested and recommended that vn-gblf
archives be made available to members. This means restricted access through
the Web, a method protected by user/password combination. 

In some messages, we _do_ have occasional disclosure of identity, thus making
the archives available may or may not be the appropriate thing to do for some
or many. THE LIST IS ASKED TO MAKE A DETERMINATION on whether or not vn-gblf
mails should be made into archives and its Web access made available to members.

Some current thoughts on implementation:

For messages with identity disclosure, 

1. Would anyone object to having their messages remain verbatim?
2. If yes, would filtering out specific identity disclosure suffice? Or would
   the author(s) like to be more involved in what messages can be made into 
   archives?

As long-time members may know, there has been _excellent_ thoughts and 
contributions on the list that would be regrettably wasted and missed if 
the archives aren't made available.
