Specifically about Roys - They are all over America and are co-owned by the company that brings you Outback Steakhouse, Fleming Steakhouse, P.F.Chang, Pei Wei fast food, etc. Not just Roy Yamaguchi cooking in the kitchen as was the case at 385 North in the days of old.
