What has happened to the quality of Omaha Steaks in the past 2 years? I used to love them and would savor every morsel. Now I get better meat at the Ralph's Market. The burgers are full of gristle, the Tenderloin Tips are just gristle scraps. Didn't used to be that way. The steaks are not nearly as tender or flavorful as they used to be. I have never seen any company go so far downhill so fast. These were the steaks that I would serve people to blow them away and get them hooked on quality beef. Not anymore.
