We also love 17th St. Cafe on Montana, (18th St. minus one?). But they can be pretty crowded so we tend to go after 2:30 and that run's into dinner, the problems I deal with. They have the best tortilla soup that we have found. Professional and friendly service and that little basket of mini muffins they bring to the table at the start doesn't hurt either.
