1. When will my record be shipped?
All shipping is handled by USPS service. We offer 3 different levels of shipping, Super Fast, Kinda Fast and Slow. Alll orders recieved before 3pm PST will be shipped SAME DAY!!

2. Is there C.O.D payment available?
yes but a minimum of a $50 order is required e-mail us for details.

3. How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Depinding on what shipping option you chose plese check our shipping section for details

4. What type of payments are available?
Us orders: Can pay with all Major Credit Cards, Money orders and verafied checks.
Internation orders: Major Credit Cards and Paypal only, if you wish to pay with paypal you must include a $1 cervice charge

5. How to change my order?
If your order has been placed after 3:00 pm PST you are givin a 12 hour window to change your order. However changes are not aplicable to shipped orders. sorry

6. What is your return policy?
We check your package before they are shipped out to you to make sure there is nothing wrong. so our policy is limted to: Manufactring defects and in rare cases reciving the wrong record, a refund will be issued upon request. If you wish to request a refund please Contact Us here

7. How do I know if you received my order?
You will be notified via e-mail imidiately by our automatic response system and again by a retroactive agent. if you are for some reason not. please let us know imedately!

10. Are there gift certificates or other gift options available?
we will have gift certificates available VERY SOON!!!

11. What if my record is not in stock?
You will be notified immediately and will not be charged. You will also have the option to be on the waiting list and will be notified as soon as the record is back in stock.

*note: Our stock is updated frequently So its rare that we list an item that is not in stock for sale!

12. I live outside of the United States and its territories. Can I become a Retroactive service member and order?
Of course! All international orders are welcome here. Payments must be submitted with a major Credit Card, and the Shipping costs very. sorry no money orders or checks accepted!

13. Will you provide my e-mail address or membership info to other companies?
Absolutely not! all of your info here is held for fast transaction purposes and your e-mail is just for the Retroactive Newsletter that is optional for you to subscribe to.

14. Do you offer anything in addition to vinyl?
At this time we do not. But we are working Hard to make Accessories available to you SOON!!! the DJ accessories should be available in the next 5 weeks.

15. Will there be any other generes available anytime soon?
Yes! we will have a few more genres available to you in the next few weeks!

16. What is the wishlist and how can i use it?
The wishlist Is option we provide for those of you who have been looking for a record that you just can not seem to find... simply go to the wishlist section, fill it out and we will do our best to find it for you and if we do we will contact you and let you know !
