Stereoreplication is the three-dimensional (3d) reconstruction of flat (2d) painting. It permit us to look newly at old masters painting.

     For this purposes more suitable special lens sheet material. All my stereoreplications appropriated for 3d lenticular images.

     There are several methods of 2d to 3d conversion. My method based on the FULL 3D RECONSTRUCTION OF ORIGINAL. Hi quality of reconstruction required for production large and deep 3d lenticular images. The reconstruction is very painstaking process, which may takes several days.

      Making choice of painting for 3d reconstruktion.

     1. I do not have a good reason to work with photography. Really existent objects may be photographed from different point of view.
     2. It's to early for 3d reconstruction of landscapes, because the bounds of depth for lenticular 3d images take place.
     3. Choice of portrait for 3d reconstruction requires prudence. It's too easy to mutilate intention of author… I can't imagine 3d conversion of Andrey Rublev ikons.
