To assist with the administrative leadership of the central offices of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Archbishop Timothy Dolan appointed an Executive Council to provide advice on administrative issues facing the governance of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
The Executive Council of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee consists of Auxiliary Bishop Richard J. Sklba, Vicar for Clergy Father Curt Frederick, Chief Finance Officer Wayne Schneider, Chancellor Barbara Anne Cusack and Chief of Staff Jerry Topczewski.
The Executive Council meets weekly with Archbishop Dolan.
To more effectively tend to the day-to-day administrative operations of the central offices of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, the archdiocesan structure is organized into four specific ministry areas. The areas follow the mandate of Jesus for His Church - To Teach, To Serve and To Sanctify. A fourth, focusing on administrative services and support, assists and collaborates with the other three to ensure smooth and efficient central office operations.
